Reported today over on Eater.com the first reports of what the dining outlook at the new Virgin Las Vegas hotel might look like. The Virgin Hotel is slated to open on February 2nd 2020 where it will replace the Hard Rock on Paradise Road.
For their part, Virgin aim to revamp the entire property in an exceptionally bold program that they hope to complete in under 300 days. Ordinarily I’d leap out of my chair, but hey, this is Vegas…
Eater reports that MB Steak, Pizza Forte and Nobu are all set to return as part of the dining options under the new Vegas brand. New additions include Commons Club lounge and restaurant and The Funny Library Coffee Shop, with more yet to be announced formally.
