JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa andRampart Casino celebrate Valentine’s Day at signature restaurants, launch a new discounted wine program on Wednesdays, and celebrate spa specials throughout February featuring treatments for both couples and singles this February.

VALENTINE’S DAY DINING
Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro – Special Valentine’s Menu Offered Feb. 10-14 

• On Valentine’s Day, Spiedini will celebrate with a la carte special items.
  • Appetizer Specials:
    • Oysters au Gratin – Prosciutto, Creamed Spinach $14
    • Artichoke & Fregola Salad – Passion Fruit Dressing $12
    • Mozzarella Stuffed Arancini – Basil Pesto $12
  • Entrée Specials:
    • Lobster Risotto Milanese – Spring Peas, Parmesan $34
    • Veal Osso Buco – Porcini Risotto $48

Hawthorn Grill – Special Valentine’s Menu Offered Feb. 10-14  

• A three-course menu will greet guests on Valentine’s Day at Hawthorn Grill. Pricing is $85 per person or $95 per person with beverage pairing and does not include tax or gratuity.
  • Appetizer Course (choice of):
    • Beet & Goat Cheese – Goat cheese fritters, toasted pistachios, blood orange chips
    • Lemongrass Braised Pork Belly and Scallops – Purple sweet potato puree, pickled shallots, micro cilantro
  • Entrees (choice of):
    • Sesame Crusted Ahi – Forbidden rice, snow peas, tender bok choy, ginger miso beurre blanc
    • Surf and Turf – Slow Roasted tenderloin, shiitake mushroom ragout, butter poached shrimp, charred lemon
    • Duck Confit – Spaetzle, sautéed spinach, plum coulis
  • Dessert (choice of):
    • Crunch My Heart – French macaron, diplomat cream, pomegranate gelee, fresh raspberries

Jade Asian Kitchen – Special Valentine’s Menu Offered Feb. 10-12

• Leading up to Valentine’s Day, Jade Asian Kitchen will offer a special meal for two. The price is $158 and does not include tax and gratuity. Served family-style:
  • Soup Option: Egg Drop Soup or Hot & Sour Soup
  • Lettuce Wrap
  • My Love on a Roll
  • Chicken Low Mein
  • Shrimp Asparagus
  • Black Pepper Beef Filet Mignon
  • Dessert Option: Grand Marnier Orange or Mochi

Spa Aquae & Salon – Specials Run Feb. 1-28; Gift Cards also available. 

• Two-of-a-Kind Couples Massage – Indulge in a celebration of love, side-by-side, with a personalized massage. Includes a custom oil aroma blend and choice of a luxurious hot oil scalp enhancement or warm Himalayan salt stones. The romantic retreat finished with a champagne toast for two. 80-minute treatment $215 per guest, 110-minute treatment $425 per guest.
