The James Beard Foundation Vegas Vegan Dinner at CATCH Las Vegas

Las Vegas can experience extravagant vegan cuisine created by a lineup of hometown chefs who will join James Beard Foundation partner, Vegans, Baby, at the renowned James Beard House in New York City on November 13.

The celebratory dinner will take place at CATCH Las Vegas, where guests will enjoy the same five decadent vegan dishes served at the James Beard House, along with elevated wine pairings.

Participating chefs include CATCH Las Vegas Executive Chef Andrew Carroll, Harvest by Roy Ellamar Executive Chef Roy Ellamar, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Executive Chef Jimmy Lisnard, MGM Grand Assistant Pastry Chef Cynthia Inguanzo and Searsucker Las Vegas Executive Chef Jessica Perlstein.
