Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse, the latest addition to the “Forever Fabulous” Flamingo Las Vegas, will begin accepting reservations on Friday, May 1, 2020. Guests will be transported back to the resort’s vintage roots when reserving a table inside the one-of-a-kind, $10 million destination steakhouse set to open this spring. The restaurant’s name is a nod to Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel and business partner Meyer Lansky, who famously opened the Flamingo Las Vegas back in 1946 to bring Hollywood glam to the desert. With the Flamingo, they created the first resort-style hotel on the Strip and forever changed Las Vegas. From menu, design, and atmosphere, Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse will take notes from the past and add modern twists It will feature a bakery façade, dry aged meat cooler, centerpiece bar and lounge, raw bar, three private dining rooms, ornate dining room, a hidden speakeasy– The Count Room, and more.

Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse will be located across from the Flamingo Wildlife Habitat main entrance, in the former Center Cut, Café To Go and Laurel Lounge spaces.
