  • Assorted wild mushroom lettuce cups with black truffle sauce ($20)
  • Braised tofu and seasonal mushrooms ($28)
  • Sautéed asparagus, water chestnuts and ginkgo nuts ($20)
  • Stir-fried Shanghainese noodles with vegetables ($24)

The goal of Veganuary Month is to bring attention to the ethical, environmental, health and humanitarian benefits of a vegan lifestyle by adding more plant-based options and making vegan life accessible and approachable.

By dining at Mott 32 during Veganuary, a percentage of proceeds from each featured entrée will benefit two non-profits: A Home 4 Spot, a local 501(c)(3) organization that provides foster care, permanent homes and medicine for abandoned dogs; and the international Veganuary organization that encourages people worldwide to move to a plant-based diet to protect the environment, prevent animal abuse and improve the health of millions of people.

Mott 32 is located off the casino floor of The Palazzo tower at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. Hours of operation are from 5 – 11 p.m. daily, and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays. For more information and to make reservations, visit, email, or call 702-607-3232.
