Kick off the new year with a vegan twist from Mott 32, the authentic Chinese restaurant at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, as they partner with Vegans, Baby for the third annual “Veganuary” event. For the month of January, five vegan entrées will be on the already vegan-friendly menu with a portion of proceeds benefiting local nonprofit organizations – A Home 4 Spot and the UK-based international Veganuary organization.
Entrées include:
- Assorted wild mushroom lettuce cups with black truffle sauce ($20)
- Braised tofu and seasonal mushrooms ($28)
- Sautéed asparagus, water chestnuts and ginkgo nuts ($20)
- Stir-fried Shanghainese noodles with vegetables ($24)
- Wild mushroom and vegetable spring rolls ($14)

The goal of Veganuary Month is to bring attention to the ethical, environmental, health and humanitarian benefits of a vegan lifestyle by adding more plant-based options and making vegan life accessible and approachable.
By dining at Mott 32 during Veganuary, a percentage of proceeds from each featured entrée will benefit two non-profits: A Home 4 Spot, a local 501(c)(3) organization that provides foster care, permanent homes and medicine for abandoned dogs; and the international Veganuary organization that encourages people worldwide to move to a plant-based diet to protect the environment, prevent animal abuse and improve the health of millions of people.
Mott 32 is located off the casino floor of The Palazzo tower at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. Hours of operation are from 5 – 11 p.m. daily, and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays.
