Bellagio

The Mayfair Supper Club Now Open

Boundary-breaking musical performances, towering seafood displays and the world’s finest cuts of meat greet guests dining fountain-side at The Mayfair Supper Club, which opened at Bellagio Resort & Casino on New Year’s Eve. Captivating guests with live entertainment, surprise performances and a coveted location overlooking the iconic Bellagio Fountains, The Mayfair evolves from a swinging prohibition-era jazz club to a late-night dance party. Guests are transported to the glamorous supper club world of yesteryear when music and cuisine intertwined in an all-night destination.

Mayfair After Dark

As the curtains close on traditional dinner hours, the vibe shifts to Mayfair After Dark, offering a fresh take on Las Vegas nightlife that abandons the velvet rope. The Mayfair’s scene heats up into a sensory-consuming bash. The experience melds a late-night dinner menu, available until 2 a.m., with DJ beats intertwining with live musical acts. The all-night dance party goes until 3 a.m. with unexpected vignettes appearing throughout the venue, performers descending from the ceiling, and sexy routines illuminating the venue.

Jazz Sundays

On Sundays, The Mayfair Supper Club curates a swanky jazz dinner and a new way to experience the restaurant. The band and singers serenade the dining room with original versions from the Great American Songbook perfectly paired with the restaurant’s contemporary takes on American classic cuisine.

ARIA Café Closure

ARIA Café will close, with the last day of service on Sunday, February 2. The restaurant will be replaced by Din Tai Fung, which will make its debut in mid-to-late 2020. For additional dining options, guests are encouraged to visit nearby destinations at ARIA such as BARDOT Brasserie, CATCH, Julian Serrano Tapas, Jean Georges Steakhouse and more.

MGM Grand

International Smoke Now Open at MGM Grand

Chef Michael Mina and restaurateur Ayesha Curry bring the heat from the kitchen to the table with their wildly popular dining concept International Smoke, now open at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. With family customs and global cooking techniques at its foundation, International Smoke celebrates culture and tradition with creative smoke-infused and wood-fired dishes.

China Tang Closure

China Tang at MGM Grand will close, with the last day of service on Sunday, February 2. Details on the future of the space will be announced in the coming months. The Mirage

The Mirage to Welcome a New Fast Casual Concept in 2020

The Mirage will welcome a new fast casual restaurant concept to the resort’s culinary portfolio in Spring 2020. Developed by MGM Resorts International’s F&B Strategy team, the new venue will replace Carnegie Deli, which will close on February 3. Additional details will be shared in the coming weeks.

Luxor

LUX Fridays at Centra

Centra provides guests with a lively kick-off to their weekend as it transforms during LUX Fridays. Each week, the centrally located social lounge will offer special bottle and drink prices from Absolute Elyxx and Red Bull, live performances from DJ and violinist Lydia Ansel and appearances from the cast of Fantasy.
