Holiday Display in ARIA Lobby
ARIA Resort & Casino is making the holiday season sweet with a custom-made, life-size gingerbread house. Located in the main lobby, the house is a colossal 15 feet tall, seven feet wide, 12 feet deep and is made of edible ingredients. ARIA Executive Pastry Chef Mathieu Lavallee and his talented team spent over three weeks constructing the masterpiece, showcasing their skills in the details with elements such as peppermint tiles, giant sugar bears, gingerbread bricks and more. The gingerbread house provides a festive photo opportunity for guests along with a scrumptious menu of delightful treats for purchase. Sweet offerings include peppermint bark, hand-decorated cookies, hot chocolate, lollipops, candied oranges, chocolate holiday trees and more.

Holiday Tea at Lobby Bar
For the month of December, Lobby Bar’s Afternoon Tea will be served with a holiday twist. Guests can take in the stunning décor that adorns the bar and lobby while indulging in specialty teas, champagne, savory accompaniments, holiday-themed desserts and more. Kosta Browne Wine Weekend Experience
ARIA Resort & Casino will offer a weekend of incredible wine and food with the Kosta Browne Wine Experience. On Friday, December 13, a six-course tasting menu featuring single vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wine pairings will take place at Jean Georges Steakhouse. The following day on Saturday, December 14, BARDOT Brasserie will present an exclusive brunch, with an appearance from Chef Michael Mina, showcasing the restaurant’s most popular dishes paired with Chardonnay from Russian River Valley and Pinot Noir from Santa Rita Hills and the Sonoma Coast.

Andrea Bocelli Concert Night Specials at Ambra Italian Kitchen + Bar
Ambra Italian Kitchen + Bar will feature an exclusive menu of specialty dishes the night Andrea Bocelli performs at MGM Grand Garden Arena. Featured dishes include Ostriche, half-dozen chilled Kumamoto oysters on half-shells, topped with crème fraiche, cucumber gelée and caviar ($36); and Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a 44-ounce prime porterhouse steak plated for two and served with alba white truffle risotto and Barolo sauce ($195).
