Three Legends come together to celebrate Vegas. The longest-running headliner in Las Vegas history, Frank Marino, joins the longest-running production show, Legends in Concert in its legendary home at Tropicana Las Vegas, for an all-new Vegas extravaganza.
“What I thought would be an exciting 3-month gig turned out to be the next chapter in my show business career,” said Frank Marino. “I can’t believe what a great marriage it has become, combining me, Las Vegas’ longest-running headliner with the longest-running show, in one of the longest standing iconic casino hotels on the strip. Free parking, a live band, sexy showgirls, amazing singers and dancers, legendary tribute artists, and of course me, America’s favorite male actress! What more could you ask for? I think we just made show business great again.”
Starting February 10, audiences will celebrate Vegas with three Queens and a King. The Queen of Las Vegas, Frank Marino will star as comedic legend Joan Rivers, alongside incredible tributes to the legend of Queen, Freddie Mercury, and the King and Queen of Rock n Roll, Elvis Presley and Tina Turner. Fans will be taken into a “Bohemian Rhapsody” with Fernando Castro’s mesmerizing tribute to the one and only Freddie Mercury and the iconic catalogue of Queen; moved to get up and dance with Vivian Scott’s “Simply the Best” recreation of Tina Turner, and Elvis returns to the Legends in Concert Theater with hunk of “Burnin’ Love” Matt Lewis and his beloved portrayal of The King.
“We are thrilled to welcome the return of Legends in Concert to Tropicana Las Vegas this February. The show remains a must-see show on The Strip and we are excited for our guests to see what’s in store for the show’s 37th season,” said Mike Thoma, vice president and interim general manager of Tropicana Las Vegas. “As we celebrate Legends in Concert’s second year at Tropicana Las Vegas, we are also excited to welcome back Frank Marino as a permanent addition to the Legends family, following his limited engagement last year.”
“The Queen of Las Vegas, Frank Marino, returns to our award-winning show with the most lucrative talent contract in the history of our company,” said Mark Mercer, Corporate Marketing Director of Legends in Concert. “The addition of Frank’s incredible brand of comedy along with the many exciting and edgy new show elements, make Legends in Concert the ultimate Vegas spectacular.”
Legends in Concert continues to celebrate the world’s most famous and influential icons, many gone too soon, giving audiences an extraordinary chance to experience the most captivating music, fashion and memories of these true legends live on one stage. The acclaimed production also dazzles fans with historic showgirl costumes curated directly from iconic Vegas productions of the past, creating a special tribute to the showgirl glamour that is synonymous with the Entertainment Capital of the World.
