Legendary musician Don Felder, formerly of The Eagles, is returning to Las Vegas for a special performance on Saturday, May, 23, 2020 inside the Grand Events Center at Green Valley Ranch ResortTickets start at $25 plus applicable fees and go on sale Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020 at 10 a.m.
Don Felder is renowned as a former lead guitarist of The Eagles, one of the most popular and influential rock groups of all time. The band’s record-setting compilation Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975) sold over 29 million copies in the U.S. alone and was awarded by the RIAA the top-selling album of the 20th Century. Currently, Don and the Eagles have sold more than 83.5 million albums. A member of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame since 1998, Felder served as a member of The Eagles for 27 years, putting his mark on numerous Eagles milestones. Felder originated the music and co-wrote The Eaglesʼ biggest hit – the iconic, Grammy-studded smash “Hotel California” – along with fan favorites like “Victim of Love” and “Those Shoes”. He became immediately celebrated for his lyrical, signature guitar work on legendary songs like “Hotel California,” “One of These Nights,” “New Kid In Town,” and numerous more. “Hotel California” was recently voted the Number 1 best 12 string guitar song in the world by Guitar World magazine.
Since leaving The Eagles in 2001, Felder has forged an impressive career as a top-tier solo artist, having placed the hard-driving “Heavy Metal (Takin’ a Ride)” in the pole position of the same-named 1981 animated film (a song that remains one of the most requested staples of his live set to this very day), along with a pair of fully realized full-length albums, 1983’s sonically soaring Airborne, 2012’s multifaceted song-cycle treatise, Road to Forever and 2019’s American Rock ’N’ Roll.
Tickets for Don Felder, formerly of The Eagles, are $25, $35, $45 and $55 plus applicable fees for reserved seating. VIP packages featuring a premium ticket and post-show meet and greet are available for $155 plus applicable fees. Doors open at 7 p.m. and guests must be 18 years or older.
