Restauranteur Elizabeth Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla celebrate Mardi Gras on Tuesday, Feb. 25. This annual celebration of rich and flavorful foods features traditional Louisiana, creole dishes including shrimp and chicken gumbo, cajun-blackened redfish, and jambalaya.
