Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino brings a new show to the Sin City Theater beginning March 26, 2020. Audiences of all ages can ‘get lit’ with an all-new experience from the performance group, iLuminate™ (pronounced “i” “luminate”). ‘iLuminate™ Presents: Happy Hour’ blends music, dance, comedy, technology and art from the group that held a finalist spot on America’s Got Talent in 2011.
The audience is invited to come have a laugh and those “of age” can enjoy a shot…or two…or four with the cast that was named “Best New Act in America” by America’s Got Talent. The show’s 6 p.m. timeslot makes Happy Hour the ultimate Vegas pre-game! Featuring some of the city’s best comedic hosts, ‘iLuminate™ Presents: Happy Hour’ will take the audience on an incredible journey through several styles of dance and music while interacting with the audience in this immersive experience! iLuminate™ combines state-of- the-art technology with electrifying entertainers who perform in the dark to create the ultimate performing arts experience. Founded by dancer and software engineer Miral Kotb, iLuminate™ allows explosive performances utilizing customized wireless lighting programs. The results are extraordinary lighting effects choreographed with phenomenal dance moves that take viewers on an exhilarating ride
“As we have been putting together the Vegas show, we were inspired by the intimacy of the Sin City Theater and thought ‘this crowd will arrive as strangers, but leave as best of friends!’ and that is really the idea of taking the show to this level – it’s a happy hour timeslot so come hang out, have some drinks and meet some new friends all while being entertained in a whole new dimension,” said Kotb.

The show’s dynamic creative team includes co-director West Hyler whose prior works include Cirque du Soleil’s Paramour and Jersey Boys, as well as Kevin Teasley as musical director who has previously worked with Jennifer Lopez and Usher.
‘iLuminate Presents: Happy Hour’ performs Thursday through Monday. Tickets go on sale to the public on Jan. 17 at 10 a.m. PST. iLuminate was founded in 2009 by Kotb and since then, has collaborated with artists including The Black Eyed Peas, Chris Brown and Christina Aguilera. They were finalists on America’s Got Talent and returned several times as guest artists. Other television appearances include The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Voice, The X Factor, Dancing with the Stars, and Good Morning America. iLuminate has been on several international and nationwide tours, packed houses with residencies in New York, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Mexico, and Egypt, have even taken the show to the high seas with several cruise ship performance. Entertaining audiences of all ages at theme parks and countless special events and galas allowed iLuminate to grow a global fan base. Recently, Kotb and her team created a world-class STEAM education program. Fueled by 10 years of growth, this journey naturally led all roads to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.
