
Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar will feature special holiday menu’s this season for Thanksgiving on Nov. 28 and Buon Natale (Christmas) on Dec. 23 and Christmas Eve, Dec. 24. In addition, limited availability remains in Ferraro’s private dining rooms for holiday party bookings.
The Thanksgiving dinner menu, priced at $49.95 per person and $16.95 for children under 12 features a four-course meal with Italian flare. The full menu follows:
Choice of First Course – Your choice of one of the following:
- Burrata – Soft Apulia cheese, figs, bresaola, hazelnut dressing
- Ferraro’s Salad – Mix spring salad, cherry tomato, dry cranberry, pistachio, sunflower seeds, shaved carrots, Parmigiano Reggiano, 4 Foglie balsamic dressing
- Pastinaca – Parsnip-potato soup
Pasta Course
- Pasta – Chestnut gnocchi, butternut squash, seasonal mushroom
Main Course
- Tacchino della Tradizione – Slow-roasted Diestel Farm free-range whole turkey, orange-cranberry chutney, sausage stuffing, truffle mashed potato, Di Ciccio purple broccolini and hazelnuts

- Fig and marsala ice cream
The Buon Natale (Christmas) menu, priced at $95 per person, includes an Around Italy Tasting Menu for the occasion. The full menu follows:
First Course (served family-style)
- Mozzarella “Campania” – Neapolitan fried buffalo mozzarella sandwich, tomato marmalade, anchovy dressing
- Tonno “Sicilia” – Yellowfin tuna tartare, tomato relish, marinated eggplant
- Baccala “Veneto” – Poached cod in lightly spicy extra virgin olive oil, escarole, potato, black olives
- Vitello Tonnato “Piemonte” – Slowly roasted veal, light caper-tuna sauce, micro lettuce salad
Choice of Pasta
- Spaghetti “Calabria” – Spaghetti in a spicy lobster sauce
- Tortellini ”Emilia Romagna” – Tortellini in a capon broth
- Pici “Toscana” – Thick hand-rolled spaghetti, wild boar ragù
Choice of Main Course
- Capesante “Liguria” – Seared scallops, kabocha squash bisque, baby winter vegetables
- Abbacchio “Lazio” – Roasted lamb leg and rack, artichokes and potato
Choice of Dessert
- Pan e Saba “Sardegna” – Mixed-nut bread, saba ice cream
- Panettone “Lombardia” – Toasted sweet bread, Nutella foam, strawberry compote
Ferraro’s hours of operation on Nov. 28, Dec. 23 and Dec. 24 will be 4 p.m. to 3 a.m.; the restaurant will be closed on Christmas Day.
