Distill and Remedy's - Maine Lobster Roll

New and bold flavors have arrived at Distilland Remedy’s with the launch of their fall/winter menu available at locations throughout the valley *(excluding Distill Decatur and Distill Flamingo). Familiar seasonal favorites such as the Stuffed Cracked Bread and the IPA BBQ Shrimp are making a comeback, while newer items like the Backyard Beer Can Chicken and the Fried Brussels and Cauliflower Not-Chos make their debut for guests to indulge while sipping on a cold beer or cocktail. New menu items include:

Appetizers
Fried Brussels and Cauliflower Not-Chos – Pepper jack cheese sauce, pico de gallo, pickled red onions, black beans, charred corn, cotjia cheese, avo-lime crema and served with salsa and guacamole $10.95

IPA BBQ Shrimp – Jumbo red Argentine shrimp, slow-cooked in homemade Cajun IPA butter and served with homemade garlic bread $13.95  

Stuffed Cracked Bread – Fresh-baked sourdough bread stuffed with mozzarella and fontina cheese and served with homemade spinach dip $10.95

Crispy Fried Calamari Straws – Hand-cut and deep-fried calamari steaks served in a crispy wonton basket with a mango curry emulsion dipping sauce $10.95  

Burgers
Distill Guinness Burger – All beef burger char-grilled in Guinness glaze, sriracha and Guinness candied-bacon, crispy-fried red peppers, shredded lettuce, homemade Guinness aioli and served on a fresh-baked stout bun $11.95

Sandwiches 
Beer Can Chicken Sando – Slow-roasted beer can chicken, hand-pulled and tossed in honey mustard, smothered in provolone and topped with BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato and onion, served on a buttered brioche bun $10.95  

Main Lobster Roll – Fresh lobster served on a buttered split-top bun with homemade blackened kettle chips $12.95

Crispy Pork Schnitzel – Hand-breaded and fried pork tenderloin topped with apple slaw $10.95 

Jalapeno Turkey Melt – Roasted turkey on parmesan-crusted sourdough bread, stuffed with jalapenos and pepper jack cheese $10.95

Entrees
Backyard Beer Can Chicken – Pickle-brined whole chicken, roasted in cerveza and served with roasted lemon potatoes, charred baby broccoli and cauliflower $21.95

Salads
Wasabi Poke Salad – Hawaiian-style poke, spring mix, cucumbers, green onions, sesame seeds, shredded cabbage, baby carrots and avocado, drizzled with wasabi vinaigrette and topped with crispy wontons $14.95

Avocado Protein Power Bowl – Protein of choice, charred cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, baby greens, black beans, charred corn, fresh avocado, roasted red peppers, served with charred tomato-roja vinaigrette. Add chicken breast for $14.95 or Gardein Vegan Chicken Strips for $13.95
