Downtown Container Park Celebrates Mardi Gras With Park-Wide ‘Fat Tuesday’-Themed Indulgences

Downtown Container Park, Downtown Las Vegas’ open-air shopping center & entertainment venue offers a jamboree of park-wide Mardi Gras specials, entertainment and deals from local small businesses. 

Beginning Friday, February 21st and continuing through Tuesday, February 25th, Downtown Las Vegas’ flourishing small business hub will host a jubilee-filled weekend in celebration of Mardi Gras! Revelers can expect a range of discounts and specials from various tenants including Downtown Terrace (Appleton Rum F’rose for $8), Oak & Ivy(Jack Daniels Rye Tai for $10)Big Ern’s BBQ ($10 Cajun Chicken Wings), Pizza Zazza (10” Buffalo Chicken Pizza for $8.99), Athena’s Jewelry (10% off entire purchase), plus Louisiana-style Jambalaya from Simply Pure and much more.

Downtown Container Park is a 1.1-acre, open-air shopping center and entertainment venue featuring 39 shops, restaurants, and bars, located in downtown Las Vegas at 707 Fremont Street. The innovative shopping space is constructed of 43 repurposed shipping containers and 41 locally manufactured Xtreme cubes. The open-air center is home to The Treehouse, an interactive play area complete with 33-foot slide and NEOS play system. The Lawn at Container Park, a live entertainment venue and event space, hosts live entertainment nightly.

Container Park’s retail stores open Monday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Restaurants and bars are open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. For more information about Downtown Container Park, visit
