Creep it real this Halloween season at Downtown Container Park! The open-air shopping center & entertainment venue will put a spell on you with its family-friendly lineup of Halloween events including spooky movie nights on The Lawn, Zumba and trick-or-treating around the park.
Beginning Sunday, October 16th and continuing through Halloween, little ghouls, beasts and everyone in-between are invited to enjoy an array of Halloween festivities. The treats begin every Sunday at sunset with featured ‘frights’ on The Lawn including the following familiar favorites:
Sunday, October 16th – Addams Family
Sunday, October 23rd – Nightmare Before Christmas
Sunday, October 30th – Beetlejuice
Monster mash it up on the lawn with a special edition of Container Park’s ‘Zumba on The Lawn’ Thursday, October 20th beginning at 7 p.m. The all-ages event invites dancing demons to dress up in their spookiest attire to work up a sweat. Explore special guest vendors after the event.
On Monday, October 31st, keep calm and scare on! In celebration of All Hallows’ Eve, Container Park welcomes costumed kiddos for a special evening of trick-or-treating. Guests can go tenant-to-tenant for special gifts and candy from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., compete in a park-wide costume contest at 6:30 p.m. before Container Park’s own Dream Dance NV puts on a special performance of Thriller for all to see. At 7:45 p.m. candy-laden youngsters are invited to enjoy a complimentary sunset screening on The Lawn of the hauntingly hilarious live-action classic Hocus Pocus. In addition to the evening’s many festivities, attendees can expect special guest appearances from their biggest heroes and other spooky activities around the park like Alchemical Cabinet’s broom making station or Black Spade Tattoo’s $150 Halloween themed ink special.
