Distill and J.Lohr Vineyards and Wines Cheers to First Wine Pairing Dinner March 12

Enjoy a chef-driven, five-course dinner while sipping on hand-selected wines as Distill hosts their first Wine Pairing Dinner with J.Lohr Vineyards and Wines on Thursday, March 12. The dinner will be hosted at Distill Rainbow in their upstairs private event space and will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets for the Wine Pairing Dinner are $59.95 per person. WINE PAIRING DINNER MENU: 

First Course 
Charcuterie Board 
Smoked gouda, stilton, Havarti, dried apricots, orange marmalade, lardo, soppressata, truffle salami, Lavosh cracker and homemade pickles
Wine Pairing: J. Lohr Riesling 

Second Course 
Pan Seared Scallops
Curry-roasted creamed corn, basil pistou, charred corn compote, lemon gremolata, fennel fronds 
Wine Pairing: J. Lohr Chardonnay 

Third Course 
Roasted Duck Coq Au Vin 
Slow-roasted duck breast, black cherries, lardons, pearl onions and parsnips
Wine Pairing: J. Lohr Pinot Noir 

Fourth Course 
Red Wine Risotto Braised Short Rib Grenade
Shallot confit, pickled mustard seeds, crispy garlic and micro arugula
Wine Pairing: J. Lohr Cabernet Sauvignon 

Fifth Course
Flourless Dark Chocolate Torte 
Espresso Chantilly cream and winter berry coulis
