Restauranteur Elizabeth Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla celebrate the Chinese New Year and the Year of the Rat with a Chinese New Year Feast on Tuesday, Jan. 28 at 6 p.m. This celebration of luck and fortune features traditional Chinese New Year fare including mushroom dumplings, wok-seared shrimp and crispy orange beef.
