Starting Sunday, June 5, Michelin-starred restaurateur Shaun Hergatt debuts Caviar Bar’s first-ever brunch menu with innovative dishes like the Chicken Schnitzel (Parmesan, Arugula, Citrus Rosemary Sauce – $34) Nordic Benedict (Poached Eggs, Smoked Salmon, Hollandaise Sauce, English Muffin – $24) and Australian Wagyu Steak Frites (6 oz. Australian Wagyu Steak, French Fries, Peppercorn Sauce). The Caviar Bar Brunch menu serves all salads and light dinner menu delights in addition to all new menu items such as:
