Beginning February 8, BARDOT Brasserie will open at 8 a.m. for breakfast on weekends. Early risers can enjoy a menu of select morning signatures including the French Omelette stuffed with Gruyère cheese, hash browns and salade verte; Maine Lobster Scramble with Raclette cheese, mushrooms and spinach; and Hunter’s Waffle topped with glazed duck confit, Maltaise sauce and two poached eggs. The full brunch menu will be available starting at 9:30 a.m. 

The new hours of operation are as follows: 

  • Breakfast: Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. 
  • Brunch: Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. 
  • Dinner: Daily, 5 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
