Balla Italian Soul inside SAHARA Las Vegas announces all-new seasonal menu items. From antipasti to house-made pasta and new dishes from the wood fire, these fresh offerings join Balla’s distinctive array of Italian cuisine created by James Beard Award-winning chef Shawn McClain.
Available now, the new menu additions include:
Arugula Salad – Shaved fennel, Cara Cara orange, toasted walnuts
Rigatoni – Red pepper, scampi, toasted garlic
From the Wood Fire
Veal Milanese – Piccata, shaved turnips, wild greens
